STEP 1.
Say AAAA

STEP 2.
Inhale and as you exhale,
pull both lips hard over your teeth
and hold AAA till the end of the exercise.

STEP 3.
Inhale, and as you exhale,
push your chin forward.
Be careful not to close your mouth.

STEP 4.
Inhale, and as you exhale,
lift your cheeks and lip corners up.

STEP 5.
Inhale and perform 6 belly breaths.
