STEP 1.
Make long and narrow O.
STEP 2.
Inhale, and as you exhale, tug your upper and lower lip inward over your teeth. At the same time, slightly lift your mouth corners.
STEP 3.
Inhale, and as you exhale, lift your cheeks in a wide smile.
STEP 4.
Close your eyes and roll them inside your head toward your neck.
STEP 5.
Push your chin and head backwards.
STEP 6.
Make a fist with your hands and lift them toward your body. Breath in this position. Make 8 deep belly breaths. Perform the exercise multiple times.
STEP 7.
Slowly start releasing the tension in your face; release your head, cheeks and lips. Massage your chest above the sternum. Visualize your thyroid gland and thymus gland. Keep your eyes closed. Inhale and exhale all air from your lungs.
As you hold your breath, look to the left and right side of your brain.
When you cannot hold your breath anymore, start breathing naturally. By that, you are erasing your traumas and your brain glands. Now imagine making
a large bright circle. Your eyes are still closed. When you are ready, you can open your eyes.
