STEP 1.
Pout your lip and press them together.
Your teeth should squeeze together.
STEP 2.
Press your tongue on your hard
palate like a pancake.
Lift your lip corners.
STEP 3.
Place your thumbs under your chin
and lift up. Pull your chin downward.
STEP 4.
Squeeze the remaining fingers into a fist.
Press the knuckles to
the tense cheeks and lift them slightly up.
STEP 5.
Push the chin forward,
mouth together and thumbs
back against the chin.
