Tower 1:
STEP 1.
Place your fingertips on your eyebrows. Hold them tight.
STEP 2.
Pull them up and apart.
The space between your eyebrows should be open.
STEP 3.
Hold the position and frown like you are mad.
STEP 4.
Hold your eyes closed and,
at the same time, push your forehead down.
STEP 5.
Inhale, and as you exhale,
look toward the centre of your head.
At the same time, squeeze your vaginal muscles.
