Instruction
1.Get down to the floor on your fours, face down and eight pressed on your palms and toes with straight arms.
2.Lower down your chest towards the ground by bending your elbows slowly.
3.Keep lowering your chest until it is a few inches away from the ground, and return to the starting position by explosively pushing upwards to lift your body to the air and clap, immediately place your hands on the ground. Repeat.
Tips
1.Explode your body upwards without putting much thought to it. This is important.
2.Keep your back straight and avoid hunching it.
3.Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you raise it.
Benefits
An explosive exercise which will increase your chest and arms strength as well as your speed and agility. This exercise will also help with the muscle growth of your pectorals as a whole, while strengthening up the secondary involved muscles, including deltoids and triceps.
