Bodyweight Kneeling Push Up Row


  1. Get down on your hands andknees with your back straight.
  2. Place your hands double shoulder-width apart and keep your arms and legs straight.
  3. Lower your chest to the floor while bending your arms and raise your chest by straightening your arms.
  4. Pull your one elbow upwards to complete a row and repeat the exercise.


  1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  2. Control the rowing to activate the back portion.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
