Crow Pose


  1. Bring your big toes together and walk your hands all the way back to your feet for crow pose
  2. Inhale come halfway up draw your shoulders back
  3. Exhale bend your knees and come down into a squat
  4. Bring your knees out wide and place your palms on the mat shoulder-width apart
  5. Spread your fingers wide and press into your palms
  6. Squeeze your knees firmly against your upper arms
  7. Lift your hips and lean forward so that your weight shifts from your feet into your hands
  8. Keep moving forward until your feet begin to lift off the mat
  9. When you want to come down carefully drop your feet to the mat and sit in a squat
  10. Walk your hands forward into downward dog
