Instruction

  1. Inhale sweep your right leg up to the sky
  2. Exhale bring your right knee across your body and straighten your right leg
  3. Inhale sweep your left hand up to the sky
  4. Exhale relax into the pose
  5. Take a deep breath in
  6. Exhale lower your left hand to the mat and bring your knee into your chest
  7. Inhale sweep your right leg up
  8. Exhale bring your right foot back to the mat
