Happy baby


  1. Keep your feet together open your knees and stretch your hands through to take hold of the outsides of your feet
  2. Bring your feet out over your knees and gently pull them down towards the mat
  3. Flex your feet press your lower back into the mat and stay here for a few deep breaths
  4. Walk gently from side to side while keeping your feet flexed
  5. and hug your knees into your chest
