Instruction

  1. Bring your hands by your sides palms facing down and walk your feet back until your fingertips graze your heels
  2. Inhale press into your feet and lift your hips up
  3. Exhale lower back down
  4. Inhale lift your hips up
  5. Exhale lower back down to the mat
  6. Inhale lift your hips up
  7. Exhale lower
  8. Inhale lift your hips up
  9. Exhale lower your hips back down to the mat
