Lower Abs Circles


  1. Now let’s draw circles with your feet forward to the right
  2. Try to bring your feet as close to the mat as you can
  3. And forward to the left
  4. Inhale flex your feet lower halfway down and hold
  5. Draw your lower back down towards the mat
  6. Almost there
  7. Try not to hold your breath
  8. Take one more deep breath in
  9. Exhale hug your knees into your chest
