Reclining Butterfly


  1. Bring the soles of your feet together
  2. Keep your knees bent
  3. Lower your feet to the mat and let your knees fall open in the shape of a diamond
  4. Reach both arms up overhead and take hold of opposite elbows
  5. Try to let your inner thigh muscles relax
  6. Hold for 5-8 breaths
  7. Bring your knees back to center and hug them into your chest
