Reclining hand to big toe


  1. Bring your right knee into your chest and straighten your left leg to the mat
  2. Loop the strap around the ball of your right foot and press through your heel to straighten your right leg up to the sky
  3. Keep the back of your left hip firmly pressing into the mat
  4. You can bend your left knee and bring your left foot flat to the mat if that helps you to keep your hips level
  5. Walk your hands up your strap and keep your right leg as straight as you can
  6. Try to bring your leg in a little closer on every exhalation
  7. last breath in gently pull your leg in towards you
  8. Exhale release the pose for the other side
