Instruction

  1. Inhale slip your left hand up to the sky
  2. Exhale thread your left hand under your body
  3. Inhale sweep your left hand back up
  4. Exhale thread your hand under
  5. Inhale sweep your hand back up last time
  6. Exhale thread your hand back under
  7. Inhale sleep your hand back up
  8. Exhale bring your left hand back to plank for side plank on the other side
  9. Inhale sweep your right hand up to the sky
  10. Exhale thread your right hand under your body
  11. Inhale slip your right hand back up
  12. Exhale thread your hand under
  13. Inhale sweep your hand back up last time
  14. Exhale thread your hand under
  15. Inhale slip your hand back up
  16. Exhale come back to plank
