  1. Inhale sweep your right leg up to the sky
  2. Exhale bring your knee to your right triceps
  3. Inhale sweep your leg back up
  4. Exhale bring your knee to touch your nose lift your hips up
  5. Inhale sweep your leg back up
  6. Exhale bring your knee to your left triceps
  7. Inhale sweep your leg back up
  8. Exhale bring your knee to your right triceps
  9. Inhale sweep your leg back up
  10. Exhale bring your knee to touch your nose lift your hips up
  11. Inhale sweep your leg back up
  12. Exhale bring your knee to your left triceps
  13. Inhale sweep your leg back up
  14. Exhale bring your right foot back to the mat for the other side
