  1. Now, go into a child’s position

    You will have a position like that and reach back, hold the position, look back and move to the middle.
  4. Now, turn around to the other side, pull your knee, grab your knee and
    now draw a big circle, reach back and hold it here.
  5. Enjoy the stretch and move back.
