let’s continue to release tension in your hip flexors in supported bridge pose
- Drop your feet to the mat and bring them hip width apart and parallel
- Rest your hands by your sides palms facing down and walk your feet back until your fingertips graze your heels
- Inhale press into your heels and lift your hips all the way up
- Exhale position a block under your sacrum at the base of your spine
- Choose the height of the block that is most comfortable for you
- Check that your toes still point straight ahead and take slow restorative breaths deep into your abdomen
- Take one more deep breath in
- Exhale release the block and lower slowly back down to the mat
