let’s start to loosen up your hips in wind relieving pose

  1. Take a deep breath in
  2. Exhale hug your right knee into your chest
  3. Relax your neck and shoulders and breathe deep into your abdomen
  4. Take a deep breath in allow your belly and chest to expand
  5. Exhale lower your right leg to the mat and hug your left knee into your chest
  6. Relax into the pose
  7. Take a deep breath in
  8. Exhale hug both knees into your chest
